Puja & Thomas met on 8th January 2010 in a bar in Clapham, London.
They both love Italy and visited Tuscany in 2012 to check out venues and explore the region.
They saw a LOT of venues all over the region, but none of them compared to Castello di Meleto… and so they booked as soon as they got back to the UK. The venue is beautiful and magical, and has many different areas to utilise.
The date chosen was the 5th July 2013.

It wasn’t a wedding as usual but guests came from all over the word with guest from 14 different countries including India, England, America and New Zealand.

The couple booked out the entire venue over three days as they had approximately 120 guests over the three days.
They also hosted a party in the herb garden the night before the wedding with pizza, beer and lots of Chianti wine. This allowed guests to all get to know each other ahead of the big day.  They also a BBQ the day after the wedding which allowed them to thank their guests and wish them farewell.

Katia, the internal wedding planner of Castello di Meleto helped Puja & Thomas to take care of every single detail, from the music, to the flowers, to food, etc etc..

Colour scheme choose by Puja was red and white: she had a white roses bouquet with a red bow, bridesmaids were dressed in red color, few red rose petals were scattered on the isle and a beautiful arch with white roses and green leaves create the portrait for such an emotional moment.

Tables settings contained candles, with hanging lanterns and citronella candles all lit up around the castle and garden, it looked very romantic!

Bride Puja was beyond beautiful. She was dressed in a slim fit wedding dress with embroidered crystals and pearls, with Indian style crystal jewelry to match.

The ceremony was held by Jo Bertolino at the garden of Villa Casanova which provided a stunning view of the castle in the backdrop.
Thomas could not contain his emotion when he saw Puja and tears fell from his eyes when she walked down the aisle with her dad.

After the ceremony Marcello Sani, the photographer, was allowed time to photograph Puja & Thomas around the Castle.

The photos were stunning thanks to the beautiful settings provided at Castello di Meleto.

The caterer was Lo Scalco: the service was exceptional and the food delicious.

They had cocktails and canapés inside the castle rooms.

The dinner took place on the main garden outside the castle.

Dancing took place in the stable and this was one of the highlight of the night because Puja and Thomas arrange an entrance dance with the wedding party for their entrance into the dancefloor!!

So hilarious!!
